Player: | NICK |
| Traveled from: | Hosted in Fort Collins, CO | |
| Details: | Nick entered HSI IV with a lot of confidence. He had run away with HSI III title in a fashion that wasn't even close. He also had a little bit of advantage because he had played some of the courses and was more familiar with the affect that elevation change in Colorado would have on the ball. | |
| Memorable HSI IV Moments: | JJ hitting the ball straight most of the time and Sheebz having the shanks. Sheebz' mohawk. Watching for countless hours as Sheebz kicked JJ's ass at that racing game. JJ planning on going for a run at 5am. Winning again!! | |
| Favorite Course: | Fossil Trace, except for the hard greens | |

Player: | JJ |
| Traveled from: | Houston, TX | |
| Details: | JJ was coming off a horrible HSI III where nothing went right. The others were a bit worried because JJ hits the ball a mile normally and the elevation difference in Colorado was sure to put him past the others on virtually every hole. That came to pass, as JJ was launching all of his clubs, which made judging distances and clubs to use very hard. | |
| Memorable HSI IV Moments: | Teeing off on the first hole at Pole Creek and couldn't see the fairway because of the fog. All of us hit where the starter told us to and drove up to see all the balls in the fairway - pretty cool conditions and it was neet being able to hit a 9 iron 180 yards. | |

Player: | DAN FERGUSON |
| Traveled from: | Maryville, MO | |
| Details: | This was Dan's first HSI, so the other players weren't sure what he would bring. From what we had heard, he wouldn't blow it by anybody but would consistently have shots at par on most holes. That was exactly the case. His drives looked pretty boring from the tee box until you got to the fairway and found they were right the middle at the 150 yard marker while Sheebz was over in the trees. Dan never let a string of bad holes get him down. Great mental game. | |

Player: | SHEEBZ |
| Traveled from: | Dallas, TX | |
| Details: | Sheebz was hungry coming into HSI IV as he lost the last HSI event for the first time. He tried to practice considerably before the event, but the recent move to Dallas made that tough. Nevertheless, he was confident that he could regain the title. It wasn't to be as Sheebz had some of the worst shanks ever in HSI history (of course, nothing can touch JJ in Vegas). He was never in contention and let that get into his head for all rounds. | |
| Memorable HSI IV Moments: | Sheebz having the worst shanks ever. JJ hitting 7 iron on the par 4's because it would go farther than the other player's driver. Overall elevation effect on the distance. Fossil Trace and the bizarre greens. First out in the morning at Pole Creek in the fog. Beating JJ 150 races in a row on the X-Box racing game. | |
